A level is one reference price. A zone is a bounded area around related prior reactions. This drill asks you to select an explicit upper and lower boundary so a later wick is not mistaken for a perfectly precise line.
No. A wick shows the intrabar extreme. A tested method can require a completed close beyond the whole zone for acceptance, or a completed close back through it for rejection. The exact rule must be written before the candle appears.
Each case awards one process point for choosing the defensible zone source and one for classifying the completed price response. Future profit, loss and no-trade outcomes never change the score.
